Reflexology is a zone therapy and specific reflex points are stimulated to provide support to the organ systems of the body. These are located on the feet, face and hands. By stimulating these points it allows for toxins and 'congestion' to be released and increases circulation and lymphatic drainage. Emotions are also held in the reflex points and clients often find they feel lighter or something is revealed. It aids in the gentle balancing and healing of the mind and the body.

Sound is a vibration using specialised frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere and physical tuning. I focus on the Chakra points and move through the body guided by your responses as to which to specific chakra/organ system needs support. This promotes a sense of balance, harmony and well-being. I use my Tibetan Sound bowls from Nepal.
