Welcome to JH Holistic Therapies, I'm Jess, a qualified holistic practitioner whose areas of specialty includes face, hand and foot reflexology, luxury facial reflexology and lifting, sound therapy and iridology. It is my passion to help and support my clients in their journey to health and wellness.

Reflexology is a zone therapy and specific reflex points are stimulated to provide support to the organ systems of the body. These are located on the feet, face and hands. By stimulating these points it allows for toxins and 'congestion' to be released and increases circulation and lymphatic drainage. Emotions are also held in the reflex points and clients often find they feel lighter or something is revealed.

Sound is a vibration using specialised frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere and physical tuning. I focus on the Chakra points and move through the body guided by your responses as to which to specific chakra/organ system needs support. I use my Tibetan Sound bowls from Nepal and other instruments.

The eyes are the window to the soul. Are YOU curious to see what your eyes say? This 'niche' holistic practice studies the coloured part of the eye or Iris. Using an Iridology chart I access this area of the eye and it's markings which indicate certain genetic characteristics and signs of bodily health and disease. An overall assessment is written and a bespoke preventative care plan. I can also provide necessary referrals to trusted practitioners in individual areas of concern.
